The result? P C Richard & Son can't help me.

P.C. Richard & Son maintains our very own factory authorized service department where we schedule and complete approximately 18, 000 service calls per month. This is accomplished through our own authorized service technicians or through the manufacturer's factory service. We can very easily either schedule service for you with GE or run the call with a P.C. Richard & Son factory authorized technician.
I do not know where the miscommunication took place but I assure you we stand behind the products we sell with an unparalleled service department.

I agree with previous posts that the sales staff is rude and basically ignores.

When you create a new username, try to mix it up a little. The last 8 or so bogus complaints I've read about this store has been by someone who uses a first name and then 2 additional letters.

Or you could just get over yourself and stop filing false complaints. Find a different hobby.

Absolutely HORRIBLE - Stay Away From PC Richard & Son.

I guess PC Richard & Son does not care about customer service otherwise action would have been taken at the Paramus store. If you have a complaint, file with the local Better Business Bureau and/or the state's Attorney General.

I was flabbergasted by the manager's ineptitude and lack of common sense. I told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere, which I did.

Don't buy anything at this store. They are liars and thieves. P C Richard & Son allows these crooks to continue because it brings cash to their coffers. Make a statement with your wallet, complaints to the Better Business Bureau. and Attorney General's office.
