Scam
I just bought the frying pan... I am not even home yet so I havent tried the pan... I bought it at Walgreens so It just cost me 20 bucks... I hope it works but after reading all these comments I am kind of scare it would not... so my question is: Is it the anthics of the company that is bad or is it the product itself?

Scam
I am very mad about this company sending me more pots and charging my credit card without my permission. The first order was supposed to be one pan with one free for $19.99. I also ordered lids for both pans. The total came to over $50.00. Then we came back from a trip and found a large package on our doorstep delivered by FEDEX. When called they stated they could not pick up that package after it had been delivered. I had to open it and follow the instructions to return it. There was a bill for $111.91, already paid by my credit card. There are no instructions on return. Just a phone # that puts you on hold, and uses up minutes on my cell phone. I do not like the two pans I got because they do stick, and scratched on the first use.

Scam
Waste of money. Bought a 10" pan at Target. I followed seasoning instructions before using. One time out of 15 (or so), I was able to turn 2 fried eggs over without destroying them, but then they stuck completely on the second side. The TV commercial touts a lifetime guarantee, even if the pans are damaged by you. LIES! The fine print on the packaging states the opposite. Even if the pans need to be returned due to defective reasons, you have to pay shipping. It would be cheaper to go buy another one, which I will never do. Don't waste your money.

Scam
I placed an order on 02/25/12 and today is 04/11/12 and I did not receive my product. I just came off the phone with a representative and I was told that the delay is due to the success of the product and that shipping will take 60 days due to the demand of the product and I should call back in a week.

orgreenic
I ordered 1 orgreenic pan and the second one was to be free. I never received a confirmation
showing the total price. The one pan was to be charged $19.95 and the second one was free.
Today 4/16/2012 I was charged $33.97 for three times making it a total of $101.94 on my debit card.
I called them and they said they were sorry as they made a mistake but cold not cancel the order
because it was in process. They told me i should refuse the order and they would refund my money.
I asked them how long does it take to get this order and she said 15 days.this means before i
receive my money back it going to take 30 days. And I asked her if it takes 15 days to receive
my order i it should be enough time to cancel the order. She replied it was being loaded on the truck
now and she can't cancel it

Just wanna help
No complaint, I just want to let you all know that Bed Bath And Beyond sells these pans at a little bit higher price and it doesn't come with the free whatevers but at least you can see what you are buying before you buy it. And the big plus is you don't have to deal with their customer service reps. Hope this helps.

SCAM
These were a gift. Used the Stockpot on my Glass Top Stove. The outside gray coating cooked onto my Glass Top, it will not come off. The pot gray matter came off and the steel is visible, when I called to complain I was told that the cookware is not recommended to use on Glass Top Stoves. I told the person that the company does not advertise and the lecture I received has not such information. Their solution send me another StockPot, what a laugh!!
I have a damaged $2000 stove and their replacing the pot.
Don't buy thie inferior product. I am throwing it away, even the replacement, if it ever shows up.
This company is a SCAM!! After this to BBB to file a complaint!

FCC is useless
I have to say that the FCC should do something about infomercials, otherwise, I say that the FCC is completely useless. Everyone pays for the FCC. I knew that was a tax waist. The FCC should be closed.

Orgreenic
I bought the whole set of Orgreenic for Christmas last Dec. 2011. I seasoned it like the instructions said to do. Everything stuck, so I seasoned them all again. Still stuck. Even the pots that you boil things in sticks. I have to scrub them each and everytime I use them. I also have the grill pan, seasoned it, food stuck, and then when the pan heated up it warped. I called and told them about the grill, they sent me a new one, guess what, the same thing happened with it. I could send them all back, but would probably cost way more than they are worth, and they would probably send another set, but, really, would you want another set that will do the exact same thing. I have never been so disappointed in anything I have bought before, and especially for the amount of money they charge. Everytime the commercial come on I switch it because I don't want to listen to their lies about how good and healthy they are. Speaking of healthy, I have to use oil in the pans because if I don't they stick even worst and the food is so dry it is like shoe leather. Not a happy customer.

ORGREENIC
Pans work well for me so far but HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!
Wait until the pans are sold in other e-tailer/retailer locations - just like the original pan set. I bought a stupid flipjack pan. Online ordering system would not allow me to add extra pan (on special for shipping fee only). Called to reorder and had to do it through excruciatingly painful voicemail system w/a ton of other ads for crap I didn't want. Then, since it was the weekend, I called Orgreenic Customer Service to cancel original online order that did not process correctly. They canceled it but then told me the phone order (placed immediately following online order, mind you) was on backorder. Now, I was offered $10 discount not to cancel 1st order, which I declined - why was I not offered $10 discount for inconvenience and hassle of backorder and excessive hold periods not to mention having to place the order 2x using 2 different methods (online & phone) to get it processed correctly?! Rep disconnected too quickly after canceling order and confirming status of existing order (which I had to request be done), so I called back and asked that very question as to why a $10 credit would be offered to get me not to cancel order but not for the inconvenience of the remaining order being backordered. After 2 separate follow-up calls and a headache, finally got "Manager" (whom I could barely understand) agreed to issue a $10 refund credit to my account.
Credit card indicates upon shipment no $10 discount was offered. Since its the weekend, I'm calling back again on Monday to find out where my freakin' refund is - I soooo wish this company would just offer a PayPal option but they don't because they know PayPal would find in favor of the consumer in cases of complaint.
Do love the pans but DETEST the company. I plan to write the corporate headquarters in Jersey - hopefully someone who understands and can speak and read English will get my complaint and do something about it. I swear to Jesus if my children didn't see the commercial and get excited recognizing them as new additions to the pan set I already have (what kid wouldn't love a pan advertised for the purpose of making PANCAKES?!) I would have canceled both orders and waited for the item to be available in WalMart or other companies online or in-store.
Have to say, although my experience has been good thusfar, reading negative reviews on facebook page linked to through Orgreenic Website, I am anxious that the quality and performance of my set too will begin to decline over time. Guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Performance ot Orgreenic cookware.
Simply put this is the worst piece of cookware I have ever purchased. I get better non-stick performance from my 8 dollar Walmart non-stick pan! I followed the "seasoning" instructions and yet everything and I do mean everything sticks to the cooking surface. Funny thing is the outside of the pan has better non-stick qualities than the cooking surface. You can get fair non-stick performance if you use a cooking spray or oil but I bought the product to reduce the use of such products. When I called to register a complaint I was told that since I did not order the product on line (purchased at Walgreens) the product was not covered as they could not verify the pan to be genuine. Bottom line save your money this cookware will not do what it is advertised to do.

Orgreeniic
I made the mistake of getting the pan. No free gift but I got a second pan for s/h. It worked at first day but got really bad by the third day. now just about a year later the pan is burnt and pitted. I will not rcommend this pan to anone.
I called the compnay and they said they could send me another one. I said NO THNAKS. Thank goodness I keep packings slips on everything I buy. Do yourself a favor do not order this product. It just looked good on tv only. They probably used something to show it's "non stick" surface..
First when I got it it looked cheesy no protection on the handle.
I believe the company is really lookiong to rip the public off.

SCAM - DONOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO
I called the phone number advertised on TV commercial for the Orgreenic Skillets with a free gift, a knife. The skillets were big enough to fry maybe one egg at a time. You learn from your mistakes right? that wasn't the bad part. Then they gave my credit card number to one of their affiliates and I started receiving deliveries of jewelry that I was able to "Try" for 30 days and if I decided that I didn't want to keep the jewelry I could return it in that 30 days and only have to pay the shipping and handling of $13.98. That is the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard of. How can they ship you something that you never ordered and then bill your credit card for the shipping and handling charges, even after you return the merchandise. Do NOT give them your credit card number!!!

Orgreenic 8" skillet
Bought this skillet at Bed, Bath & Beyond this morning, seasoned as instructed waited a full hour and ended up with the seasoning oil burnt to the surface and the horrible stench of burnt oil BUT NO SMOKE. There is no wiping the oil off the surface we have used a non-abrasive scotch brite pad to no avail, soaked the skillet in hot water and still have burnt on oil. The "stay cool handle" is a joke. In reading the other complaints about this product I note that people are being charged $299.99 for the complete set. I find it amazing the Bed, Bath & Beyond is selling the 10 piece set (8" skillet, 10" covered fry pan, 1.5, 2.5, and 6 quart covered sauce pans, and aluminum steamer insert) for $99.99
I AM GLAD WE ONLY HAVE $9.99 INVESTED IN THIS SKILLET BUT IT WAS A WASTE OF OUR $5.00 COUPON, AND AM ECSTATIC WE DID NOT WASTE OUR 20% OFF COUPON.
IN SHORT THIS PRODUCT IS THE SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

orgreenic
I bought the large frypan in October and it worked well - then, little by little over a period of several days, the food began to stick. I had to season it again. Now the food sticks to it like it does to any other pan. I sent 2 emails but one came back because the email address was dead, and then i found another email address, sent the complain, but no one has answered me. I paid $30 for this pan and it is not what they claimed it was. I need to find out how to get my money back ...

construction of pan
It's amazing how a company as big as Orgreenic Kitchenware does not weld the handles to the out side of their pans, instead they
apply rib bits to the inside of pan to hold the handle. The large knobs inside the pan makes it hard to clean. My frying pan has black marks inside of it. almost if not impossible to clean.
