scammed!

I have been given a promise that they will help me sell my car in a very short period of time, and I would get a good sum of money for it. I have been waiting for quite a long time, and they did not provide me any new information on how's it going. Because they had my car, they needed it to show people. But recently I found out that they actually sold it and would not tell me about it, nor give me my money! THESE PEOPLE RE SCAMS! STAY AWAY!
I am going to sue their whole company!
