useless support
I had some problems with windows live movie maker and I contacted these guys hoping that they'll help me to resolve the issue. First of all they refused to talk to them in person and then tried to make me go to the registry and give them some details. I just hung up.

they failed with a repair and kept my money!
This company is fraudulent and unprofessional! I paid them more than $200 for the manual repair of my computer. I wanted to reinstall all systems and they failed the repair and didn't fix it just send me computer back without a refund. Now they are ignoring all my calls and I have to use law to get my money back. Beware and don't deal with them!

Stay away from these guys!
They have charged me $250.00 and did not resolve the issue! The problem is still there and I have no idea how to get my money back now! They have been brainwashing me for several hours, and I just gave them the money and they went away. Later on I learned that they fooled me! What a bunch of frauds! Do not use them!

useless support, waste of money
Omni Tech Support is just another fraudulent company which offers computer services but never provides them. I used their services when I had several problems with my pc and I just wasted money on their useless advices, it seemed like they absolutely ignored my question. Beware and better don't waste your money with them!

Fraudulent charges
This is just another tech support scam! Consumer, beware and better stay away from this company! I used their support service and I was highly surprised when I was overcharged for no support and advice. This company is a scam, they simply do unauthorized charges and never provide promised services!

failed their work
This company took $300.00 for their services, found some problems on my computer which needed to be resolved, but actually made it worse. My company is losing money at the moment because of them!
