contract dispute
Hi Reg: I am in the same predicament as you in that I have invested thousands with them with the same exact promise of making back the investment and more. I am so frustrated today because I cannot find my website and their phone number is disconnected. When they went out of business they did not advise me of who was taking over. I just noticed it because a new name was taking the fee out of my checking and I had to call and find out who they were. I also would like my money back because I need support and not one answers phones, email or live chat. If you find a way to get your money back I'd like to know how. I too put it on a credit card and am making the monthly payments.

I fell victim to the same company/situation. Promise of making back investment went down the tubes. Had phone training, but much of it was complicated and over my head...person working with me had absolutely no compassion/patience and working with him became frustrating. Also had to do at odd hours because they wouldn't work around time zone differences.
There is now a company trying to take advantage of those who invested in Omni Biz Solutions, promising all your money back, but it appears to be a scam. Does anyone know if there is a legit class action suit or anything to help recover the money we invested in these crooks? If there is, please email me [email protected]. Thanks.
