Uh-oh - I'm a tad nervous after reading this ... I ordered via the website last month and emailed to check on the progress. A badly worded standard reply came back. I sent a second email as the first didn't address my question - another reply exactly the same. So I rang the number listed - a Melbourne number diverted to New York ( so the Indian guy on the other end of the phone told me) ... He'll pass my details on and I'll receive a call back ... What are the odds that will happen? Not going to let this go. Don't like being scammed!

This is complete JOKE!! I cant believe I didnt see all this after spending £92! After reading up on things about shifting weight quickly as getting married in 3 months, this promised the world! This is a total con. I have phoned, asked the lady after the millionth try and asked what conutry I was calling and she said Engalnd UK but after reading this I'm guessing that was a lie! An email said they had been shipped ages ago. I'm so angry becuase it's a lot of money. Can anyone advise on who I can get hold of to get my money back? Please...!!!

What a complete con!! I cant believe I didnt read this 2 weeks ago!! Im due to Marry in 3 months and it said it will help with a few money pounds off.. I phoned a million times, to finally have someone pick up and I asked what country I was calling, they lied and said the Uk England.. That is a LIE! OI have spent £92 on this, what a mug. Please, can someone help me? I need to get my money back somehow. If anyone can advise me, that would be helpful. I can't believe what a load of crap!! I'm sooo angry. Arrrrrrrrrr!!!

I have tried this product, and it did not do anything, dont waste money, as I said in previous message...on the bottle they couldnt even get the spelling correct on the label..spelling Herbal ** Hebal**
The only pills i have found that work are Obestat, or Sibutramine, Reductil, Meridia, all the same, different brand names,
SteviFink: try contacting Nathans Naturals, on the bottle I have, it does state..made in the UK.

On the 27th November 2011, I ordered 2 bottles Nuvoyrn and get the 3rd free. A week later, I received a postcard asking me to collect a package in my local post-office. On arriving there, I picked up the package and opened it in the post office and I noticed that one bottle of Nuvoyrn was sent to me, instead of three bottles.But the invoice in the package states sent 3 bottles. I then told the people in the post office that I will not accept this package. Since then I have phoned six time the company and no one has got back to me and my credit card has already been charged. I am not going to give up.

Hi, I also bought from the site, the 4+4 bottles offer, never expect the complaints about this company are huge. I totally reject to purchase this product and wonder if my products ever delivered to my house. I am wondering, would they double charge you or there's a continuation charge to your credit card?

These all sound terrible and very familiar to me! I had the same issue when i decided to try the African Mango pills and Metaburn pills it said to take with them. I ordered them off a website advertised through facebook, then the days passed, and no pills arrived! After three weeks I emailed and got a very poorly grammered email back saying they had been shipped 3 days after i ordered. I emailed again as at this point they had not only charged my credit card for the postage but also the full cost of the pills even though it was meant to be a free trial for 30 days. I told them I was not happy, i've been charged and haven't even received the product. I received another poorly worded email saying that they must of been lost in transit. I contacted my bank and they suggested I tell them that the bank were going to refer them on to the fraud squad! I emailed them and got a reply very quickly saying they were going to refund me instantly! To my complete surprise within 48 hours my credit card had been refunded and another surprise the pills showed up about a week later, with a post date of the day I told them my bank was going to investigate them! I have been taking them for a couple of weeks but have had no weight loss results, so these too are a complete have!!! i've figured that to lose weight it is best to go through the proper channels and not use dodgy internet sites!

I had one successful delivery and liked the product, it worked for me.However I have made the mistake of ordering more.Placed order on 17.12.2011 have not received goods.Both Melbourne telephone numbers for customer enquiries have been disconnected.expect it is a big con and don't expect to see my money returned or product resent.

I placed a Order on the 19/1/2011 and until today have not received my order.
Truly unhappy as I paid a lot of money for this product.
Had called 3 times and all the receptionist says is that some one will call me back it has been 4 day's with no response.
I have tried to list on Hello Peter - but the response on there site is that Nuvoryn does not reply ????
What to do know - I want my money back.

well ~ I ordered mine on the 19th Dec 2011..only now I received my products ~ really exist ~ i am taking it second day ~ not sure have any impact yet ~ will keep trying and see got good results... so maybe you should wait a little longer?

Placed complaint 9th Jan 2012.My order arrived today to my surprise.I think their problem is their bad communication with concerned customers.Have now received 2 successful orders after a lot of stress and chasing so don't worry I think it may not be a con but just very bad PR and sales people.Will not order again though it's not worth the trouble.I still think the product is ok.

Well in same boat ordered the buy 2 let 1 free about a month ago, have not received anything so sent 2 emails so far and have not had any info back, seems I'm going to have to get nasty. Wish I have done better research before ordering.

I ordered 2 get one free on 28. December 2011, Nathans Naturals took the money from my account on 30.12.2011...99.19 Euros. I also have written several emails and used the online form to enquire about my order. No acknowledgement of my emails, no pills arrived either. I live in Germany, wrote the emails in German AND English...today is the 20.01.2012 and still no answer, no pills. I am an OAP and feel totally betrayed as I am on a small pension and 99 Euro is a lot of money to me. In future I will red complaints BEFORE I order any other produkt. What a con. Christel Hale

I ordered the pills took them for 2 weeks and sent them back. I returned them and still waiting on a refund that was promised I would have it in 2 weeks. He is is over 2 weeks and still do not have my refund. I call the call enter every day and go on the computer and fill out a form. I think it is a scam and as so tired of calling. It seems that there is no corporate number and there is no number in the return warehouse. Very shady business. I am about to contact my lawyer and they will be paying me a lot more than what the pills cost.

Hey! Looks like were all in the same boat here.
Ordered mine last Tuesday and paid for next day delivery but they only arrived yesterday! Im on my first day now and hoping they work because i got so excited looking on the website that i just accepted what they said and now i wont have time to get to the weight i want naturally before my holidays :( Fingers crossed for me everyone!
To everyone whos still waiting for their orders do what i did- Email them being a little nasty haha i told them that if i didnt have my package or the money back in my account by Friday 27th Jan then i will take legal action. 3 days later they turned up!
Will keep you all posted to let you know if they work

Okay... I was considering to actually buy these pills, but I am soooo grateful I checked here before I put in an order! My housband was right: If it seems to good to be true, it probably is... I really do hope you guys manage to tear these scumbags apart. Don't give up on this!!

8th of January 2011 i ordered Nuvoryn online. They Charged my credit card and never delivered products.I sent E-mai but no response. This is fraud and deception. I recomend DO NOT BYE THIS PRODUCT. You are being robbed

I have been searching for natural weightloss product for a while and you can imagine my joy when i came across your site . I thought i had finally got the pill i wanted, so continued to the testimonials.
My delight turned to distress and anger when i saw Marys before and after pictures saying she had lost 56lbs. I have seen her on a previous site where i bought diet pills that had various pictures from different people who posted weight loss transformations over the internet but not from them specifically. I have also seen the same pictures around but on this occassion i will only request you to visit this site and kindly explain to me the difference between your pill and lipovits or have you just changed your name? www.lipovits.co.uk This is the only viable explanation as its indeed the same person. I feel very violated and my integrity abused that you find it right to put testimonials some of which are false that first of all show no time frame as to when these people lost the weight and also have the audacity to ask me to depend on the testimonials given by you on your website for your product.
No amount of clinical trials you claim have happened can at this point in time convince me that this product is not just a scam as those are just words the major evidence (testimonial) is used on like 3 other products. I have aslo struggled to get independent reviews of your product online. Can you please let me know how long this product has been on the market.
I hope to hear from you soon as this communication is going to be published online as my first honest review of your company integrity. I have also achived your site and will let others know and look out incase there are other false testimonies. In future please ensure that testimonials are given via you tube atleast to gain our trust. Just this testimonial also brought your quarantee into question. If one has doubts from the begining how will it get better at the end of 90 days when they are demanding a refund of something they have already consumed?
