Bad Car Loan
This is in response to the idiot that says "read your contract"; when one is dealing with unscrupulous people, it is not about us anymore and how well we read the contract or "great, we got a break", it is about the sharks, greed and power. It looks like a lot of us have been taken for a ride for either having bad credit or believing in these monsters. Guess what? I just received a refund of $60.00 in the mail from them saying that I had overpaid in fees; when my current balance is $2, 300 and $545.00 in additional charges, of course this is the price I am paying for being a naughty person and extending the payments a few times; I am two payments behind and have been paying on this car for 7 years at 359.00; everyone ask "you still haven't paid off your car?, it's very embarrassing, but they keep wanting to write it off and I keep paying so they wont; I know I have paid twice what the car is worth; when I received the check I looked for some letter saying "and by the way your title is on its way; sorry that we have been such idiots and we have seen all the complaints on the internet and before the US Attorney General takes some action we are trying to make things right", but I called and like everyone else, they gave me no answers just the run around; however, it does feel good to vent though; you guys know that old cliche "misery loves company". I really hope someone in authority does look at these postings and something is really done about these parasites.I have come to the realization that I too like so many of you are still paying for a vehicle that should have been paid for a long time ago; unfortunately, we are not dealing with human beings; we are dealing with a corporation full of deceit...

Bad Car Loan
I am having a very bad experience with Nuvell/National Auto as well. My truck has a very high interest rate and I have paid it for six years and it is due to be paid off in June of 2012.I Have paid every late charge they have charged me with but, now they say I owe 13 payments past my six year pay off. I could maby see 2 more payments but 13 that's a year and a month added which will have me paying an amount for a truck that I would be ashamed to tell anybody I paid. You could buy 2 trucks for that price. I have had no success with trying to get this issue resolved as well. Anyone have any suggestions please let me know this is terrible.
