Over Charge
Someone needs to take over NTTA I'm so sick of dealing with them!!! Just when I thought I had everything cleared up here we go again UGH!! They did the same thing to me a couple of times sent me bills for ridiculous amounts said they had been trying to reach me but didn't have my correct address, Humm you found me when the bill got up to(your admin fees) 600.00 Really? So after that I kept calling back just to make sure I was current and they kept the correct address on file, I don't move around. So low and behold what did I get today in the mail 4 invoices 4! all the way back 2010 even tho I just called and paid my bill and was told that was all I owed it was like 5.& some odd cents not much cause like I said I kept it caught up sooo there were no problems now she telling me yes they were in a oce file or something idk, and that it was good because it kept me from getting charged admin fees and I can pay it out, are you serious so then I requested to speak to someone else and got ANGLE JAQUESS the call center supervisor, said if I don't pay this fee there will be an additional 6.60 PER TRANSACTION And it gets better she seeing another 53 dollars that have been sent out yet, lol here's your bill but not all of it, well bill you when it gets up to an amount you can't pay so we can tac on the ridiculous admin fees! Thank you very much! And for the record I was told I could have till the middle of Feb to pay it, snh probably have fees added in lets see, but yeah someone else needs to take that over! This don't stop here...

over charging
I found this site by doing a search. I actually live out of state. I was visiting a relative who isn't doing so well in the dallas area. I just received an invoice dated 3/10/12 for toll charges from 12/11. That's right over a year old. I was actually in Dallas for a few months. They waited and sent ALL of the charges at ONCE. That's right, all 715.00 bucks worth. Can they not send them out in a timely matter? So, the bill was generated last month (march 2012) and has a due date of 4/10/12 and 4/12/12. I paid it. Seriously, this is one CROOKED business. I don't see how you guys that live here can put up with this sh!t. I'm glad we don't have this crap back home. IT'S GOD AWLFUL!

Anything for Money
I received a "Past Due" invoice for going through a toll IN MY PLATELESS NEW CAR in Dallas.I went to pay it, but couldnt log on to do so because my car didnt have plates yet.. Asked customer service, and got an auto reply email. Two days later I got an email saying log on by going to "Pay Second" notice. When I did, I still couldnt access. I emailed them again THE SAME DAY, and received an auto reply. 2 days later I received an email stating they couldnt deal with me because they sent me to collections. I WILL DRIVE 2 HOURS OUT OF THE WAY FROM NOW ON TO AVOID GIVING THESE CREEPS ANY MONEY. I hope they keep Karma in mind while screwing all of these people.

False charging
NTTA is fabricating charges. By the time the charges arrive in the mail, they are several months old, and there is nothing one can do. It doesn't make any difference if you were even out of the area on the day of the charge. The fact that they have a blurry photo of what looks like your license plate, it could have been taken months or years ago. The problem is "how do you prove a negative?" My charges were only $3.09, so how can I afford to get a lawyer or contest this. Now, they know it, so they charge many folks a fee, and nearly everyone pays it. It adds up to a lot of money and that is robbery, but someone will have to prove it in court.
