Placed an order on their website about three months ago. They promised me 21 days delivery but I received nothing. Tried to contact them many times but just found that their contact details are fake. Beware and don't buy from them!

This company provides deceptive and fraudulent services to their customers! They lie about their services and offers, misrepresent themselves and then steal money from their customers. There is no chance to get your money back if you was scammed by them. Beware and better stay away from this company!

good luck on your order.
If your thinking of buying anything from Northwest mint think twice. I have placed four orders for silver bars and never get them the very last day after there 30 more days of bull. This has cost me a lot of money. They don't even tell you its going to be another 30 days in less you check. Had two bars to be shipped Sept 23 to the 27th. Did not hear anything so I e-mailed them on the 27th in the late p.m. Got at 9:15 pm the 30 day bull again. This make four orders out four they did this. One order was not going to be shipped because of a mistake on there end. They did ship the order that only took 13 weeks. Also all my orders were paid with a wire transfer the same day as the order. Just have to wait for my last order then I will be done with them. There are better company's to do biz with. Most get your order in less than a week.
