Refund Needed
I did get my finally get my refund. So my attitude is more favorable towards the company. I personally would not use the service, but I
confirm that a refund is possible after due diligence.

Company Compliance
My ID was activated on March 17th after sending in all the required docs. The Id would have been created/ registered on March 13 however it was activated on March 17, As Im unhappy with the way , the product was sold to me without much clarity I would like to request for a refund as per the company compliance.
Kindly cooperate & do the needful as Im seriously not happy with the sign up .
