I ordered a bobble head from this company. The website is very misleading. You are able to select shipping times during checkout. I selected 15 business days. I assumed the bobble head would arrive withing 15 days. But what they really mean is 21 days. Furthermore, they need 15 days or more to produce the figurine. Therefore, their fastest turnaround time is 30 days, and this after paying extra already for faster shipping. The business is based in China and ships from there. The quality of the dolls is poor and customer service is close to non existing. There is no phone number to call or even email address on their website. All other bobble head companies offer a proofing system. This company will just send you the doll without a proofing process. The doll did arrive, many days too late, and totally wrong. They did not follow my instructions at all. The doll went straight to the garbage pin and could not be used for the event.There was not even a remote likeness to the image of the person send in. All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience and I can't recommend this business.

Terrible Experience

First off the bobble head I ordered looked nothing like the picture I sent so I wasn’t even able to gift it. So I wanted a refund for obvious reasons I just spent all this money for something to go to waste. I wasn’t even asking for my full refund. Not to mention it was poorly made horrible quality and even worse customer service, I was basically robbed. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered but for any future customers do not waste your money here. They are theifs, don’t care for their customers, and will sell you highly priced items for low quality. NOT WORTH IT spend your money elsewhere !!

Terrible service

I ordered a bobble head in early March and chose to pay extra for expedited shipping it is is now April and I still haven’t received what I paid for.. I have tried several times to contact customer service but they don’t get back to you until about 48 hours later with no resolution... this has to be my worse experience with anything that I have EVER ordered online.

Worst experience ever

I ordered a bobbledhead over a month ago. I paid for “express shipping” and it has yet to arrive. It was suppose to be a birthday gift but ofcourse never arrived in time. I emailed back and forth several times only to get the runaround. They kept telling me that the bobblehead didn’t pass their inspection process and that they would try to “expedite” the process. I have yet to receive anything. It is the most frustrating situation. All they can say is “ thank you for understanding”. NO, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!

Extremely BAD so Annoyed!

Horrible! I paid for VIP service which means my bobblehead was suppose to ship in 3 days. After 30 days I finally contacted Pay Pal and created a dispute and POOF the next day I got an email saying it shipped. Um, I never even got to proof it. I did receive it and guess what? It looked nothing like the picture I sent. Color of hair was totally wrong, the entire face was not even close and the cat in the picture looked like a disfigured pig on the doll. Guess what Pay Pay won't help you but will continue to do business with them, although people keep filing disputes. I blame Pay Pal too for this for continuing to do business will a well known fraudulent company

Worst Company Evet

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a straight scam! I got a bobble head which I paid $100 for and they sent me a broken figure that looked literally nothing like the pictures. I sent in a girl and they sent me back a Man’s face with long hair...with the WRONG COLOR HAIR on top of that.

When I emailed them about my issues they tried to tell me to use super glue on the broken pieces and at first tried to not refund me anything. I told them I didn’t even want a full refund but felt either 50% or a remake of the product was fair. After fighting back and forth a month, they said the best they can do is 20% refund. I don’t feel like it’s right to pay $80 for an incorrect broken product that I had to just throw away.

Save your money and use another company! Worst product...worst customer service!
