Bad service

I'm tshegofatso customer number is 4733561 paid last month and only to find out that the payment is not reflecting, on 8 August my service was stopped called in spoke to Tshegofatso who never informed me that I have to put customer number as subject and service was reactivated on 13August service was stopped again spoke to Amanda/Ayanda around 21:00 who was extremely rude, raised a voice on me and even dropped the line reference for the call is ID4733561
