Wrong Hotel Classification

The people were nice but this was wrong classification. It is not a Hotel, it is a B&B (Bed & Breakfast). There is no reception space, The receptionist was not a full time person, there is no porter, entry is "self service" card etc. Had we know this we wouldn't have accepted the rates given. I demand a 50% refund.
