bad customer service, you never know the overage date when you will recieve your order
I used their services for a years. Actually I was satisfied with the products but not with the customer service but it was OK. I thought maybe really they are so busy, that sometime they just cannot reply in time.
But then I started to recieve all orders much later, than they promise. This is really annoying especially when you working with herbs – iit is a time sensitive thing especially if you are making tinctures on moon cycles.
When I made my last order and they promised me that it will be hipped on February 16, then I recieved an e-mail stated that it was shipped on February 20. I still didn't recieve it and it is really disappointing. I will never use their services again.
