Non-refund of money
This is their standard line. These cheats never address the problem. I have spent upto two hours each day holding the phone line. At the most they would promise the money will be returned in three days, but those three days never come. They hang-up on me. Even after 25 days I have not received my money. Can someone help me to sue these cheats. I want to see them in jail and pay for all the mental torture they have caused me. All they are saying is sorry for inconvenience.
Can they understand someone dying in a hospital who need to buy medications with the money that they are making profit from... They deserve HELL.

NRI edge preferential rate not given
ICICI/Money2India again proved that they can play around with cusotmers using their Marketing verbiage tactics. I was told by ICICI bank that NRI edge customers get 10 paise preferential rate. Recently I wired funds to my NRE saving account, but to my surprise, I found that I was not given the preferential rate, when inquired, they gave me stupid/silly reason saying that my NRI account email id and money2india email id are not the same, hence I will not be given the preferential rate.
ICICI bank proved to be a WHITE COLLAR THIEF, pilfering money in what ever way they can.
NEVER NEVER USE MONEY2INDIA SERVICE. First they don't give a good exchange rate when compared to SBI and on top of it they charge a high service fees.
Use SBI, being a govt bank they are honest and they do what they say. The have useless Customer service, absolutely powerless. They won't even let you talk to supervisor. every thing they ask to write email to [email protected].
Spread this message to as many people as you can.
