overbilling
Minol USA ovebilled me for their water services. They never explained their billing and ignored me when I tried to contact them. This is dishonest and against customer rights! I will never recommend this company after such experience!

MINOL Has Kept My Money
I overpaid my electricity account because I was overseas for 7-9 months each year. MINOL recently lost their contract for lack of a better word with The Charleston condominiums in Arlington, VA, where my wife and I own unit #113. My credit balance is $333.85 following payment of my final electric bill and MINOL has kept my money despite several attempts to have them refund it. They now tell me to check with my HOA since they are no longer doing business with The Charleston. The Charleston and its management company doesn't have my money . . . MINOL has it. I will not let this matter rest. MINOL should be ashamed of itself.
