Do not give refunds

Before I was to use this product I have been promised that I could return it. But when I actually understood that I did not like it, and shipped it back – the problems began to arise. They argued with me that they said no such thing about returning the product and getting a refund. And I did not have any proof since they told me about the return conditions over the phone.
Do not buy anything from them! such a headache!
