Worst service ever
In customer service and retail sales you will always have a few who you CAN NOT please, no matter what you do. I see no attempt at contacting a manager. In every cust serv situation the company will always try to resolve it. Lets hope this is not just an attempt to be vindictive because a cust didn't get what they wanted.

It pays to read the terms and conditions, especially the part about refunds / returns.

Stay away from these guys
I think this may be obvious but there are two complaints that are IDENTICAL for this company. They are two months apart and clearly seemed to be attempts to slam the company. It may make sense to remove these two postings as they themselves appear to be some sort of scam.
