Never purchase mercury UPS!
i got mercury elite 650 pro before 2 months. It worked well for 1 month by giving 30 mnts backup... Bt nw it is shuts down my pc when power gone... Don't buy it... If u want to buy then go for odyssey ups. It is a good one...

Ups power is not working....last 1 year i have purchased the product.but not working kindly rectified issue immty..

Last year i have purchased one ups . But now it's not working properly.even the power light isn't glowing. Resolve it immediately.
