Truly a fraudulent SCAM company! Buyer Beware!

Supposedly this company is run by a shady figure named "J. C. Kaelin"... I do not know what kind of fraudulent activity they have going on at MediaOutlet.com other than what I experienced, but if it is anything like what I experienced for other buyers, BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company has single handedly the worst customer service of any company that I have ever experienced in my entire life, bar none. Go to Amazon, eBay, or some other firms, but never EVER even let your enemies use MediaOutlet.com, it would be cruel and unusual punishment.

I ordered a DVD, and they never got back to me from there. I was really looking forward to getting this product. I emailed a couple times looking for some feedback. They proceeded to never really respond to my email in a timely manner. EVENTUALLY someone named "Janey" (Is that J. C. Kaelin? Who knows) responded. They were rude and directed me to an FAQ on when to expect delivery and some other nonsense. I proceeded to simply ask, politely still, when I could expect my DVD, they directed me again to the FAQ. I responded with a lighthearted, "Janey, you're killing me smalls!" Evidently this person had never seen the 1990's film classic, Sandlot. It was not something serious, but was frustrated in being directed YET AGAIN to an FAQ. My email was BLOCKED in being able to send to this person as a result of that. WOW! I then sent a follow up email from a DIFFERENT email and they responded with, "Become a better person, for your sake and that of everyone you deal with." Can you believe that? I then told them I would proceed to leave them negative feedback on all applicable reviews websites. Guess what, they failed to respond. I do not think I will be getting my DVD... what a scam shop.
