Overcharged of manila water

We have monthly bills amounted P138-P150 only every month for our 4yrs stay in cainta. but last dec.2011 received billing statement amounted to almost 1k so I went to the branch in marcos hiway to complain and waiting feedback of my complain why it rises more than 4x. Unfortunately, they disconnect us and paid 400+ for reconnection. So sad they told me maybe we fixed the leakage already. We can't do anything than to pay the bills. For the second time, it happened again, last December2012 we didn't receive our monthly bill, I was surprised when January bill receive we have unpaid amounted to P1800k+ and the Jan. bill amounted P271.28. I have a visitors from province for dec so there's no question for January billing. What I did I called the customer service hotline to report the december billing. After a week I called again the customer service and found out there's revision for an error reading. Unfortunately there no feedback when I will receive the returns until now. Today I received the biil for march there's no returns so I called again the customer service and found out the report was change. January billing had the error reading. Manila water so wise to do this things to us poor people. Can u help me where can I go straight to complain the wised strategy of manila water.

kainis tong manila waters chinarge ba naman ako ng reconnection fee na walang nangyari disconnection nung tinawag escalate daw nila kasi sabi daw sa system na disconnect daw tawag ulit daw ako nung pagtawag ko ulit ayun sabi daw bayaran ko daw WTF dahil late payment daw.. ba yan wala lamang advise sa akin na madidisconect ako eh.... till now di pa rin nareresolve yung inquiry ko

Last December2013 we I receive our monthly bill, amounting to 215.92 (15 cubic meters consumption).I didn't receive any Bill for the month of January ,A man from Manila Waters came to our place in Padilla, Brgy San Isidro,he says He will cut our connection,I told the man I didnt receive any Bill statement from their office as well as the disconnection Notice. When I asked the man about our Bill it amounted to P1,300.66 ;my total consumption was only P167.22 I called the customer service and ask my I have an Unpaid Account amounting to 1,199.03 .and that I have consumed about 52 cubic meters. We are only 2 in the house, My other sons were no longer living with since Oct of last year.The Manila Waters sent one of their area representative to resolve the matter, Mr. B.B told me to just pay P200 so I pay it but I already paid the amount due for January when I inquire in their office at Marcos Highway.So wala akong unpaid bills dapat . Today I received the bill for March amounting to P381.72 actual consumption is 11 cubic meters amounting to P 151.00 only the remaining P230.00 were my previous unpaid account . Mr B B of Manila waters told me it was the balance from my december bill unpaid account. Sabi sa customer service mali raw yung bill na pinadala sa akin ng Month of December..There's no way we can consume 52 cubic meters of water wala kaming laundry shop noh! I was told ayos na raw sbi ni Mr BB of manila waters yung pala hindi .How I wish someone would help us consumers with regards to this matter that we are experiencing from Manila Waters Marcos Highway ,Ciannat Bldg besides Shakey's

Overcharge Ph31,237.04 for a month

My average monthly bill was 260 per month (from Dec 2011 to August 2012, Last October 2012 I was caught by surprised when Manila Water charged me 31,237.04 for consuming 584 cubic meters of water. We communicated with the call center 1627 to ask how did it happened because nobody was home from September 2012. My sister called the call center 1627 to file a complaint and understand how did it happened, they told us that maybe there was a leak inside the house. Without doing anything nor checking if there's really a leak, the following months we received a bill amounted to 254.07 (Nov 2012) and 137.83 (Dec 2012). We called again to tell them that there's no leak in there because if it does, it should show consistent high consumption of water. We requested to disconnect the meter since there's nobody lived there without settling the Ph 31,237.04 . Now we're requesting to reactivate, they are asking to pay the pending bills before reconnecting. I'm trying to communicate with Manila waters but they are saying the same thing. I'm not sure who could help us on this dahil sobrang laki naman ng bill na hingihingi sa akin, the worse is di nama namin na consume itong 584 cubic meters sa bahay sa wala namang tao.

I'm hoping for someone will help us on this case.

No Notice of Disconnection

This company disconnected my service TWICE without sending Notice of Disconnection
They even charged a re connection fee
They said they will escalate and I'll be receiving a feedback from 24 to 48 hours
Is there any way to escalate the issue being solved??

To manila water ...wala na po ba kayong solusyon kahit man lang ipacheck ung talagang problem kasi po nakakaawa nman po kami na walang wala...average usage namin e 500 lang a month tapos ung dumating sa amin e inabot ng 12k...chineck namin ung meter nmin wla naman leakage...pakiusap nman po sa management pareview nman po ng mga complaint..bka nman may instance na Mali ang reading niyo..nagbabase kau sa system e di po ba minsan nagkamali din ung system..
