hidden fees, overcharge
Beware of this company, their usual practice is hidden fees and unauthorised charges. They never refund what they charged, so you will pay for nothing!

Terrible service
The Magic Jack + which I have purchased did not work from the very beginning. I have called their customer support many times, and none of their employees could help me fix it. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on me!

Charges are higher than in their adds
I thought this company can be trusted, but when I signed up with Magic Jack I found out that what they advertise is a lie. The services are totally different. And the charges are way too high!
I am very disappointed in them, and I wish to cancel my account!

Cannot and will not give a Customer service phone#!! I have proof of "chats" online. They will not give proper customer service online either.

This company is unreliable! They don't provide their services as promised and try to overcharge their customers without a reason! Moreover, they never provided me help and support when I had problems with their services! I will never recommend this company after that!

DO NOT USE MAGIC JACK SERVICES! THEY ARE SCAMS! I HAVE SENT THEM MONEY FOR A PRODUCT AND IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE! NOW THERE’S NO ANSWER FROM THEM OR ANYTHING!

stay away from this company
I was scammed by this company - they offered me heir services and good quality connection but they never provided them as they offered - after I paid I never received good quality service, just problems and it was really hard to cancel my account because this company didn't want to cooperate. Beware and better don't deal with them!

robbed me blind!
They offered me to sign up for their services. They were suppose to cost me just $35.00 as they offered a NY price. Instead, when I provided my bank details and accepted the offer, they took $80.00 from me!

Very unsatisfied! Their system dos not work and shuts down the computer whenever it wants! I have tried calling the company for a refund but no one answers!

low service
beware of magic jack - this is absolute scam! They sell cheap Internet but also it is low speed and poor quality and often doesn't work at all. They ignore all complaints and as it happened to me they even tried to overcharge me more when I cancelled their service. Consumer stay away and better avoid this provider!

Magic Jack is just another scam company, bait and switch! Avoid at all costs!
They offered me free trial of their services but charged my account straight away after they got my private details! Beware and better stay away! Once they got your details it is impossible to stop their charges!
