Ripped Off

I asked them to cancel my order and credit my account over a week ago. Instead they charged my account. What a rip off when I first ordered this and I immediately told theirsalesperson to cancel my order immediately and to CREDIT not charge my cedit card. I am contacting BBB next and going to social media.
