Awful Customer Experience with M1, Ms. Karen Kooi

Totally agreed with this M1 service, its worst on Sembawang.
Outsourcing service center CSO 1627, never answer call after 7pm. However, advertising stated service call till 10pm. I can't imagine, and don't believe CSO busy on task or dinner time.
3 months never solve my billing problem.
Never Ever M1 Home Broadband.

Dead Sea Kit

I have just received a dead sea kit that I never ordered and did not sanction any authorisation for them to take money from my account to send me another kit

I ordered the trial set which I have no where near used and do not wish to re-order at this time.
If I may suggest that you refund my money and make arrangements to collect the unwanted good

Recently has been on-line to a very slow or not on the line, well angry.Charges but on no lines, so the line? Please be improved as soon possible!

Lousy coverrage

Exact location of problem (Street name, block no., unit no.): Sixth Avenue
Phone model: iphone 5
Details of problem:
for the whole morning there was not service of M1 coverage in the area. I had tried calling 1627 and the number is perpetually unable to get through. I am an individual working from home and my phone is my only way to connect with my customers, boss and colleagues.
I am totally disappointed with M1 type of services.
I need an explanation.

Bullshit one to one replacement

I hv brought my hp for repair due to battery wear out very fast and QCD service girl say due to software and they say rectify . But to my disappiontment it still hv this problem and I today sent in seeing the same service girl but waiting from 1105hr till nw 1200hr still hv to wait . What kind of service is this? I will think of cancelled all my 3lines contract when expired. Also pls look into this matter before I post further abt this problem. You may call me at 98317727. This vvvvery unhappy with car park charges and wasted my times waiting. Thks

Feel relief after one to one replace

After waited till 1225hr the technician came to explain and replace a hp for me. At least I feel better abt it. I sincerely hope dont make customer waste their time going twice same place. At least I hv a replace hp at1230hrs. Anyway this and hope this hp don't give me the same problem.

M1’s MOBILE DATA COVERAGE SPOTTY AT BEST - KALLANG LEISURE PARK

Kallang Leisure Park has been around for more than 18 years. Yet, so many years later, M1 coverage here especially on Level 2 & 3 is sub-par at best. All the more important today because of pandemic countermeasures where people are expected to sign in with SingPass or TraceTogether, or worse if you need to make a last minute banking app transaction ... Guess what- app will hang with “Network error” message or show blank white screen. Bravo, M1. You suck.
