Lululemon Plano Texas

Just visited the Plano, Texas Lululemon store on Legacy. I am a fan usually but not today. Friendly and helpful customer service from Michelle but had a tough time paying for my purchase. The customer in front of me just completed her purchase and the "manager with glasses" walked away from the register while I was the next in line to checkout. Apparently she walked away to help another customer. She did not excuse herself nor did she apologize to me when she returned to the register after a couple of minutes. I asked why she walked away and she did not respond. The second time I asked she offered a faint apology. Very rude! Hopefully Michelle can help you and check you out if you visit the store.
