The worst!!!!

I totally agree with all the above reviews. I wanted to payoff my loan, every time I call , they give me a different instruction. They said would mail a payoff institution, after one week, nothing. I called again yesterday, one person offered to email the payoff letter, I finally got it. I followed the instructions wired payment, over $288k, to their account in Wells Fargo, that's a same-day wire, money already left my account, I called them today to check, the person took my call said my balance's still there. I asked to talk to someone in billing to search my wire, the person said that's their Cashiers Dept, but no phone can be reached. Now I'm worried where is my money,. Called Wells Fargo, they said they only answer Loancare, not me, it's not my account, they can not release information to me. I'm going to wait one more day, is they still don't post my payment, I will ask my bank to trace my wire, not sure is that would help.

Lousy company

Stearns Lending transferred my mortage to LoanCare after finally getting a VA loan as my property began to rise out of being under water due to my "junk" loan. First time I've had an impound account in years. So I've set up my payments to be automatically sent via my banks bill pay feature. I cannot put a note on the payment to direct any funds over minimum be placed in my Impound acct as I need all the principal balance to protect my income at tax time. Loan Care uses the excuse that since I can't place a note on the payment they'll automatically put it against the principal. So, I sent a certified letter via USPS to accounting requesting that all future payments have the overage applied to escrow. They've ingnored my certified letter and have told me that: 1.) there is no phone line direct to their escrow dept., 2.) that the letter to them is immaterial as they won't do a thing about it, 3.) I was told to use their payment on line to make my payment...problem there is they charge one for that, 4.) only recourse is to pay by check with a note on each check telling where to put the overage. I've declined to tell the person on line where to put it. This middle man company sucks big time. I will sell my loan as soon as possible to get out from under this as I did with Coutrywide which brought on this disaster as well as Stearns lending. Loan Care makes it as difficult as possible to pay online unless one uses their "pay" to play feature which is bullshit anyway as they're funded through Stearns to begin with.

Ignorant & incompetent gold medal award

These people are not the sharpest tools in the shed! Run the other way from them. Their customer service includes hanging up on you once you work your way to their version of customer service. Each time I've called it has taken 3-5 times through the slowest automated phone system before someone will actually answer the phone. For 4 months they haven't been able to figure out why they solicited our flood insurance company for an invoice & then paid it 2 days after I already paid it! They insisted I had an escrow account & I told them we intentionally managed our finances so we DON'T have an escrow account. So now into the 4th month these knuckleheads finally tell me about a flood insurance reform act that was passed in January 2016. Can I mention that today is 8/28/17?! They just now told us that we have to have an escrow. I'm filing a complaint with every single financial institute reporting agency. If anyone decides to file a suit on these douche bags sign me up!

Process payments months late

Nothing but issues with this company since they they bought out our loan 2 years ago. We have payments automatically withdrawn from our bank account yet they never get “processed” until the 17t which happens to be their “late fee” date. Our bank can not help us, even our lawyer is at a loss. We are going to have to refinance at this point. They send people out to the house saying we are months behind and we show them the statements showing we are up to date. It is embarrassing and practically harassment at this point. This is the WORST loan company ever!!!!

Messy company

We refinanced to this company two years ago it became a nightmare. They charged us the wrong amount for the new rate and yold us not to pay until we receive the correct invoice. It took them months to correct the error and in the meanwhile time we were charged late fees. Long story short we ended up in foreclosure. Thank God we were anle to resolve the foreclosure $20,000.00 later but it was a damn joke trying to pull ourselves out of their hole.

Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC/ Loancare

I’m pissed, first time homebuyer & it’s a pain! I made all payments on time just to have my note go from $1284 to $1544 because a shortage n escrow n one year. This is ridiculous, something needs to happen. We r all writing reviews but this company is continuing to do business; stealing money obviously & no one is doing anything about it. I will have to seek advice from an attorney.

Escrow shortages

Loan Care took over my loan and since then my house payment has gone up 2 times all due to escrow shortage. If it goes up again I cannot afford it. Are they trying to price me out of my house when I have a little more than 12,000 left. What can I do?.

Horrible Company

This company needs to be shut down and most definately sued. They lie to and mislead the consumers and try to bully and intimidate you into selling your home. They do not work with yoy for loan modifications at all thet lie and drag out the situation on top of that they start and continue foreclosure proceedings while youre in loss mitigation completely illegal. Stay away from this company and if any of youre real estate agents get you approved through them run.

loan "Care"

OK Why has someone not done something to stop these thieves. They didn't pay my taxes making me delinquent costing me fees, then they took it out of my bank account in the tune of over $3,000 over drafting me, then took out of my bank account another $3,000+ for insurance that is supposed to be paid thru my mortgage payments, and increased my payment an additional $245 a month. My payment is $ 2600 Now they are charging me $3,242.50, that's $700 over my payment every month. Understand, they are still taking out of my bank large sums of money for insurance, assessments, (which the county says they do not bill mortgage companies for, every few months. So why is my payment higher? They keep you in a state of confusion, tell you to file all these papers, yet no one receives them, or acknowledges them. They are horrible rude on the phone and work hard to frustrate you and anger you with their nonsense. Once they have your money, you play hell getting it back. I still have gotton nowhere in resolving this. I asked them yesterday to send me an accounting of the activity on my loan since its inception, the woman actually laughed.
If I do not get the papers Ive asked for I will get an attorney and sue them, Anyone want to join a class action suit? 541-912-7990

Loan Care

I have the same problems as everyone. They increased my monthly payment due to a shortage in escrow with no notice. I'm two months behind now. I keep calling and never getting an answer on why. I'm a veteran like a lot of you. Why doesn't the VA step in and investigate these crooks?
