Harassing Phonecalls
There are a few sales representatives that has been calling me non-stop for a few days from a company in florida called Leads Blvd, urging me to buy a security system or something. I have politely mentioned to them that I am on the do not call list with the government, so it is a futile attempt for them to actually get in contact with me. In the beginning, they were polite enough to hang up the call upon the mention of the not call list. Nowadays, they take this as an extra initiative to pour more harassment on me, and keep calling me at regular intervals so as to disturb my regular workflow.
The company has complaints all over the internet and need to stop this. There site is http://www.strikingly.com/leads-blvd-inc#3. It has the pictures of there CEO and top level guys on the site.
I have mentioned to them that I would take legal action against them until and unless they stop calling me. The only thing that I got in return is the increase in the amount of phone calls from them. I work from home and i get called all the time , I am more often frustrated in my job, and I cannot concentrate on my work. Such kind of harassing phone calls are actually causing a dent to my otherwise smooth career, and it may actually create nuisance that I do not want.

On the receipt of unsolicited phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida in the middle of the night, one can only fear the worst. But for me, I have been receiving sales calls in the middle, asking a ton of questions and then providing me with a solution to all my "supposed" problems. When I do mention to them, extremely politely, that have been registered with the do not call list by the government, I am then apologized to, and the phone hanged up. But this would be a different scenario if they stop at that. There are continuous phone calls that I have to receive in the middle of the night that can sell the products that I have no interest to.

I have been able to complain to the consumer affairs and also take legal advice, but there is no end to the phone calls that have been getting. Most of them are very much rude and most of them are abusive when I hang up on them. Some are persistent, telling me that I actually had to take the service in order to ensure that I do not receive such phone calls. This is definitely bordering on blackmail, and I intend to take legal action against them.

There is a disturbing trend that has been happening to me on a daily basis. There are unknown people calling me, Leads Blvd based in Florida asking me to go for buying a potent product that is going to help me at rid of my problems. The problem is that I have actually had no inclination to go for the purchase of the product, neither do I intend to go for such calls, as my telephone number has been listed with the do not call service. This is not at all that I would deserve, and definitely I would not like to wake up in the middle of the night to answer questions that I have no interest in.

Most of the companies that has been calling me has been peddling for a certain product. I have consulted with my lawyer, and he told that this could actually be breaking the law, but there is no way to pinpoint the companies until and unless I take a further legal action and record the voice calls. I have been intending to do so, and I continue to persuade the people to not call me up, even though I am registered on the do not call service.

The reason as to why I have been able to go through sleepless nights is that I have received a lot of undue phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida that is not at all going to be a welcome feature. I have been listening to such phone calls, and most of the people are very rude, telling me that if I do not purchase the product, I will keep getting such phone calls. This is pure blackmail, and have actually complained to the authorities, but there has been no concrete steps taken from their behalf. As such, have actually been feeling a lot of helplessness when people such as these keep calling me on my landline number.

Even though I am registered with the do not call list with the government, I have been getting offers from different banks as well as insurance companies for taking their scheme. Even after politely declining each and every call, I keep getting recurring phone calls of this particular effect. This has become frustrating to such an effect that I cannot go about my daily business without having to worry about such kind of calls. Such unsolicited calls have been spoiling my day for a very long time.

Since the last one month, I have been getting constant phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida, bombarding me with requests to actually go for subscribing to a certain product. After having refused them bluntly for a long period of time, they have turned rude and now using abusive language. I have mentioned to them constantly that I am registered with the do not call list, which is definitely not going to help them by phoning each and every day. They have never had any other thing other than to tell me that they do not care about such kind of things, and they are more than willing to provide a lot of help to me if I could go for subscribing to the package.

Now this has come to such a position that I cannot pick up a call in my landline without having to worry about such kind of calls come into my number. There are a lot of people in the same position, and most of them have been complaining about such companies. I have been requesting them to delete my number from their database, but they refrain from doing so, and they are always providing a lot of excuses for not doing so.

Looks like Jason Cane and Wayne Walton, Ron Harris, Keegan Bell, and Joshua Correll all work together and no wonder they are all doing the wrong thing. With more work and leading the sales guy on when I called back in I found out they have Monitronics which is also located in FL www.monitronics.com/ do the install. This company Oh My God has 176 complaints http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/monitronics. You would think that their CEO Mike Haislip, CFO Michael Meyers, Kelly Habbas CIO, VP of Operations Bruce Mungiguerra and Frank McGhee VP of Business Development along with Rob Washington VP of Customer Care and Darin Anderson VP of Monitoring Operations would not work with an UNLICENSED FLORIDA TELEMARKETER. But it doesn’t seem that way. My friend who is a lawyer in FL says that these kinds of companies turn a blind eye because they make so much money from ILLEGAL TELEMARKETERS.
I am not going to stop because they haven’t stopped calling me so I will post and show everyone else that is going through what I am going through what to do and where to complain. You can complains to these companies that I found online and maybe if enough of us post then they will stop doing the wrong thing.

Phonecalls?
I have been getting a lot of phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida, mostly in the middle of the night providing me with support for my various activities. Not only is this frustrating, but when you actually find yourself telling them repeatedly that you are on the do not call list, and you actually do not find any reply from them in this regard, it actually gives you insight. I have been trying to explain to them that I am on the do not call list, and the only thing that they have been trying to explain is that I need to buy the product in order to get that particular service.

It is very much frustrating for me, and I cannot sleep at night regarding this particular phone call. I have been inundated with phone calls from other service providers, and none of them are actually willing to remove my phone number from their database, even though I happen to be registered with the do not call service. I am now frustrated beyond doubt, and would act to take active legal steps against them so that I can actually stop them from harassing me, and not do this with any other person in my neighborhood.

Harassment
I have actually been facing a lot of problems, mostly to deal with unwanted phone calls. Whenever I am busy in my work, I have been getting a lot of landline calls, urging me to go for the procurement of a product or take up a service. In spite of explaining to them that I belong to the do not call list that is provided to the government, I have still been able to receive all such phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida, something that is mounting upon my frustrated features. This way, have actually been feeling mostly vindicated, and I would actually like to go for some sort of legal steps against these people.

Without any ounce of any problems, or actually been receiving such kind of calls, which is not at all something that I would like to welcome. I have been able to notify them on each and every occasion that I belong to the do not call list that is with the government, but still people have actually made it their own agenda to keep calling me in order to provide such kind of services. It is extremely frustrating, and I would like to take the company to court for such misdeeds and harassment.

receiving calls
Over the past few months, I have only been receiving calls, sometimes in the middle of the night. Most of the calls are actually pertaining to some sort of sales service that I could use for my own health benefit. Some of the calls are actually pertaining to business loans from Leads Blvd based in Florida, or for me to provide some kind of information to them. I have refrained from all such calls, telling that I belong to that not call list of the government, but most of the people are not at all willing to provide me with any sort of solace, instead they keep on disturbing me and my flow of work.

I have doing my utmost to make sure that I can get rid of those problems, but a new company just brings up, and they keep calling until and unless I feel frustrated. Taking any legal action against them is also not helping as the authorities are always dragging the foot in such issues. As a customer, as well as the consumer of this country, I fear for my privacy. Even after being in the remote call list, companies are blatantly calling me up in the middle of the night for services I do not require or have.

Someone calling
More often than not, I have only been getting a lot of calls from unsolicited people, selling me products, and telling me that my life can get much better with the help of such products. Being on the do not call list, the least I can expect is that people do not call me in such manner. I have only been getting a lot of calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida, most of them have actually been able to give them the desired amount of help, but in most cases, I am not at all interested in that particular product. After having politely told them not to call me again, I have only been getting such kind of calls, now the voice behind them has actually become very vulgar language when I expressed my disinterest in the product.

I have been able to install a caller identification in my landline, but in most cases, there are different numbers from where the calls are actually delivered. Hence it becomes an impossible task for me to guess from what kind of phone numbers they are calling. I have been frustrated beyond doubt, and now it is actually testing upon my patience, as every second call that I receive happens to be such kind of calls.

It has only been going on for a couple of weeks, but I have actually frustrated in the amount of calls that have been receiving unsolicited. There are a lot of people calling me, from different from members, and from different identities, and most of them are actually calling about a certain product from a certain company. This is really frustrating for me, as not only is this a feature that I do not want, but definitely a fixture that I would not like repeated in the future. I have tried talking to them, but the only thing that makes sense is that they keep threatening me about harassing me.

Now this is definitely gone way too far, and I have been trying to take legal help. These are companies that have been recruiting second of people, and they keep making phone calls from Leads Blvd based in Florida even if you tell them that you happen to be registered in the do not call list with the government. In most circumstances, they call in the dead of night, when the sleep can actually get disrupted. I have been behaving polite with them, but the only thing that I receive as a reply is a vulgar tone.
