My son called me a liar
last August 2011 LBC-Dubai pick up my box and as what they told me, it arrived exactly 45 days to our place, that was perfect.., no doubt and no comment for that...the only problem.., some items inside my box was missing-one jacket and one dvd player.., i dont know if this is just a normal procedure-opening the box and steal some items inside...these missing items that i mentioned are not that "big" but i hope LBC express will do something for this...

Missing items in the boxes sent last Xmas
I send 3 boxes to Philippines last October 11, just for sure the boxes will received On Christmas 2014. I came from U.S. to personally open those boxes in time for my vacation too. And found out myself missing items.. I knew it right away because creamers and other stuff are broken because the clothes and other stuff wrap tightly on those broken items are all gone. I'm hoping somebody can help me on this . I called ur office but the customer service guy said complain accepted only w/in a month.. I did make a move as quickly as possible coz I waited till I come from my vacation to U.S to double stii those items ..

Box was open and items was stolen
My name is thelma and I am a loyal customer to Lbc company and I have sent 4 boxes every months and while my brother in medellin cebu receive the box that I sent to him , dress, books and some towels are missing and was stolen from the box that I sent to him because I wrote everything on it , it ruin my trust to the Lbc company because I was very good customer to that company of Lbc, I have sent the box last dec 5,2017 and my brother receive on January 19,2018, then later I followed up the remaining of my boxes that should arrive in danao, cebu philippines but I spoke to the customer service person that the boxes going to cebu is on the way to deliver on January 24,2018 but they are misleading me again, customer service in calling center and not being honest. ..I'm very frustrated and disappointed, o want answers, my boxes from seattle, washington, delivery to medellin, cebu and danao, cebu ad well but those people who received and deliver the box are not trustworthy, please call me asap 206 981-8376 thank you, sincerely thelma...
