unprofessional scam!
Never ever use their services! They tried to scam me saying that they didn't receive a payment for my debtors but I have a letter that money were send. IF ypu don't want to be scammed as I was use a large known company.
Do not use this company for your collection needs. They are very unprofessional and scams! I called to check on my files...they stated they did not receive any payments from my debtors. However, my debtors had letters from this company stating their accounts were settled!! They kept talking "in-circles" because could not come up with an answer why that was the case. Basically, they collected the money, and kept it, without paying our percentage. They pride on being in the local Dallas area for convienience..do yourselves a favor....use a large known company.

Scammed by these liars
I also was scammed by this group of liars.They harrassed me into giving them thousands for a company I had never even heard of or dealt with. Every time I try to deal with them, they whine how these truthful reports online have hurt them instead of dealing with the actual issues. Do not trust these liars!
