Did not pay me for my laptop

They have sent me a box for a transfer by FedEx. I have shipped them my laptop for sale, and was waiting for my money. I know that they received the laptop, since the tracking number showed it is at its destination. The company said they did not receive it, and I know it’s definitely fraud! How do I make them pay?!
