Haha. No, Zachary, I wasn't saying the thief was going to come forward and admit they stole anything. I was saying that once the police find the person, the property will be replaced/paid for. But it's not Kohl's responsibility to make sure that happens.

That is true. The OP should not hold Kohl's responsible for their own irresponsibility. THe OP was irresponsible for leaving their things in the car in a town they don't know.

RETURN POLICY FARCE
I have returned several things at Kohl's and have lost my receipts and not one time have they ever charged a restocking fee or no -receipt fee. Kohl's does not do that sort of thing, even when I buy stuff online and take it to the store. Also, if you buy with a Kohl's credit card, they will actually check your credit card and find the price. In the case of your daughter having bought the shoes then they couldn't do that but I am sure you misunderstood them. As the other person commented, what is the use of having too small of shoes? If your husband doesn't want to pay extra then he needs to pick out some shoes around $20.00 and go with that.

The whole store is wrong, they are all against you. Sure, sounds like you have an attitude problem you do not want to admit. Most likely you got fired because you did not get laid on that day Valentines Day and took your anger out on them. The reason you did not get laid is because of your anger and attitude.

Also in your pissedconsumer review you admit that the mother was getting her children to help steal(the black one) and was stealing often, while the white mother only stole once and did not use her children. Not a race issue. I bet you are black. Surprised you are not claiming you were fired because of that.

fraudulence!
This company does deceptive sales and business tactics. They do fake offer to their customers to make them buy more but then they don't provide promised services - this happened to me when they forced me to make another credit card and then never provided promised services!

The seller advised me to open a second credit card then I would receive a discount. So I did, and it's been a month now, and I did not receive any offers about discounts. I don't know what was the point.
