billing without anything received
I purchased a book for my daughter, they charged me twice. When I contacted the customer service they claimed that they were two different books. I only have one on the kobo e-reader. Also the format of the book is not compatible with the Kobo, i.e. you cannot change font size as if the book been photocopied. Customer service did not reply promptly to my request for not charging my mastercard. They kept sending adds as if nothing happened. This company does not have customer care service. They don't care.
I will shop for another e-reader. I stongly do not recommend dealing with this company.

Refund
Don't ever deal with this company--they lie! I mistakenly bought a book online with Kobo, not realizing they were an e-book service. I contacted them about a refund, and they told me it would be processed that day, and that the refund should show up on my credit card in 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks have passed, and there has been no refund. I have emailed and called and keep being told that they will refund my purchase price, but I have yet to see anything actually happen. Avoid dealing with this rip-off comany!

BILLING WITHOUT RECEIVING
I ordered and paid for a book I did not receive. I want my book or a refund.
