Beware...Pulling a fast one

My name is Ryan McDonald, I am the Vice President of Sales for KnowledgeNet (formerly The Training Consortium). I, in good faith, believe the above “complaint” about our products and service was posted by a competitor and not by an actual, legitimate customer of ours. I believe this to be true for the following reasons:
1) I personally searched our entire database of companies and contacts for “Jim Orr” and “James Orr” and did not return any records.
2) I personally searched, and had a Customer Support employee search our Learning Management System for any user by the name of Jim Orr or James Orr. This search did not return any user accounts with either of those names. This system hosts all user accounts for our products. User accounts are never deleted, so if the name existed our system would show it.
3) The person who posted this “complaint” created an account on Complaints Board on 2/9/12, the same day they posted this complaint. This, coincidentally, was the day after our company announced the changing of our name to KnowledgeNet. This is also the only complaint that ”Jim Orr” has ever posted on this website.
4) Finally, and most compelling, we have discovered the organization behind the “Jim Orr” posting is buying Google AdWords on the keyword, “KnowledgeNet” to drive people to this complaint. If Jim Orr was a legitimate past user of our product, and was so upset by his experience with our company that he is willing to spend his own money to drive people doing searches to this page, why would he not have posted this complaint at the time he had such a poor experience? Why would he not have spoken to me or a Manager at some point? He doesn’t even exist in our systems. I will leave it to you, the readers, to make your own determination based on these facts as to whether or not this is a legitimate complaint or simply poor business tactics and a lack of ethics from a bitter competitor.
If Jim Orr is a legitimate past customer of ours, I invite him to call our offices at 877-797-2799 and ask to speak to me. If Jim Orr does contact me directly and I can determine he was in fact a user of our products, I will come back to this page, retract my rebuttal to his complaint and provide him a full refund.
