$2500 gift card survey!
I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT STORE #4151 AND YOUR WORKER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE JESSICA AND PATSY, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY WERE BOTH VERY RUDE TO YOUR CASHIER HEATHER, THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT I HEARD BUT THIS MORNING ON 3/5 THIS MORNING PATSY WAS VERY RUDE WHEN HEATHER CAME IN FOR WORK AND THEN THIS AFTERNOON MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THERE ON 3/5 AND JESSICA WAS VERY BALEDGERANT AND RUDE TOWARD HEATHER TALKING TO HER LIKE SHE IS STUPID. I LIKE HEATHER ALL OF OUR FAMILY HAS ALWAYS BEEN TREATED VERY KINDLY BY HEATHER. SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE 2 GIRLS, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THANK YOU.

long register lines
I was in your store today(4205) 9484 Dyer St. El Paso Tx 79924 around 3pm. There were 3-4 registers open all had long lines in excess of 10 people per line. As I am standing in line I complained to one of the register assiciates after they decided to close the line I was in and wanted the rest of our line to move to another longer line. We complained and we were able to stay in our line. The store had 3-4 lines open with the long lines and then they decided to close one. I asked who the manager was and that I would like to see him or her. No one seemed to know where this person was nor did they make any attempt reach him. When checking out I asked for the name and received it.. His name is Gilbert Morales. I told the person at the register that had someone with authority was on the floor they would seen what the situation was an addressed it by opening atleast one more register and not closing one. I was not the only one annoyed with the situation.

Gift Card for Survey
On my April 11, 2012 receipt it tells about a drawing for a chance to win a $4,000.00 gift card, just to do a customer satisfaction survey. Well, I started reading the instructions and noticed that the drawing was already done on February 28, 2012. WHY don't you update any drawings that are advertised on your receipts. We are a small community, but we would still like the chance to win like everyone else.

kathy was rude and very loud talking. it was more important for her to go to lunch with a friend co employee than to help me.
acted like I was a bother. she was standing talking to me in layaway. but, normally works in customer service desk. She needs to learn how to speak to people without being rude and coming across like your bothering her. She works at store 7360. I work in customer service for 20 yrs I know how a customer is to be treated.

En enero 26 2018 compre unos zapatos para trabajo y una camiseta para empezar en mi nuevo trabajo pero no pude trabajar por problemas de salud fui a las semana a devolver pero no encontré el recibo de compra la mánager me dijo que sin el recibo no podía hacer nada que busque el recibo lo buscado tanto y hoy febrero 26 2018 lo encontré voy a la tienda para regresar los artículos y me Dijeron no muy amables que había pasado 31 días y que no podían hacer nada por mi les dije que al menos me dieran crédito para comprar algo que necesita va me Dijeron No! Ahoraa estoy con estos artículos que no voy a usar y pierdo mi dinero por la falta de consideración de ustedes la empresa KMART voy a hacer mis comentarios en las redes sociales para que la gente este pendiente de está injusticia.
