over billing of kesc

Subject :kesc team came one month ago.and with any identification they enter the my home.and check the appliances and other things in the room.3 to 4 person came from the head office and with out showing the kesc card they knock the door.and i was not at home.only my family ladies were in the home.they enter my home and check the all room and appliances,and after this they said us you have the split and two television,and 6 fan,one refrigerator,and two tube light 4 energy saver,thus you have to pay the access bill from the kesc in penalty shape ,we said that we do not use the split in winter and we use the split only when the hot summer time only the night time one to 1.5 hour timer fix bases,and fan always in not use .in the winter why we use the fan unless we feel the cold weather,and usaly we don't use the fan in winter ,and we use the fan in summer time in which room when we seated there.why should we need to use unneccesary
use the appliances while we pay the high bill every month,we find your msges from compaign on tv and news paper,then they demand us some money we refuse them why we pay you bribe under hand money if we are not guilty so they warn us and threaten us in the next we will see you,now we launch the complaint in gole market office and but they do not listen us and cooperate with us.we requested the your office staff please check the our home and then decided we are not guilty and no cunda ,no temper of the meter so please remove the over bill and make the bill according to the meter reading
but invaine they sent the new bill with
Amount of 53000
i am very shocked why they sent the bill if we are paying regularly your bill and when we use the electric your meter shown the all unit ,you can check any time any prove me that you are right
but i know there are not any body to listen us if you did not take up the mater i will sent the report and complaint to the supreme court and all media chennel and Army chief ,president of pakistan ,prime minister,and human right watch .
so please i once again requested you make the proper bill and don't disturb us my family member,if you resolve my problem on merit i will appreciate you and thanking you for the cooperation with us,

requested you please check the meter reading and make the accurate bill of us,and correct the over bill this is wrong
and made by dafamation bases,and fraudlently, we do not accept any bill with is made with your self assessment bases.
kese deploy the staff for checking the line and meter, so why the bill sent us with out any notice and with out any reason,
your team misbehave with our family and check our appliances and other thing in my house forcefully so i regret and take
action for them,they unneccessarily threaten us and warn us after the inspection if we did not give the money of bribe then
they will be made huge amount bill ,

EXCESSIVE BILLING/ ASSD
I had informed KESC BILLING DEPTT. vide email dated 28/9/2012 that my residence would remain closed from Oct.2012 till
March 2013 due to our visit abroad, also monthly bills be kept in abeyance .
On our return in the month of March 2013, we received a bill for Rs.5997/= for 499 units under SO CALLED APARTHEID BLACK LAW OF KESC KNOWN AS A.S.S.D. it may not be out of question to mention here that frequently I receive excessive bills under this BLACK LAW, though everytime I knock doors of NEPRA,POI,ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR SIND, OBDUSMAN, but unfortunately its all waste of time,money and energy as the result is ZERO.
For current issue I have lodged a complaint with KESC vide their No:8000641589 dated 31-3-2013,though KESC 118 informed that as per their record complaint has been resovled whereas this is a BIG LIE.
IS THERE ANY AUTHORITY IN PAKISTAN WHICH CAN TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST WRONG DOINGS OF K.E.S.C. AND ITS OFFICIALS?

extreem negligence of kesc against consumers complains
sir we r residence of gulshan e maymar super highway karachi sector Y 1 , and sector Y3 ,From the month of June 2013 all we consumer of these sectors r consumer of three phase but from the month of June there is only single phase is available due to unavailability of conductor , and due to this there is too much load on this single available phase ,so many complains were registered but still we r facing this problem and as a result we lost many home appliances due to voltage problem,after suffering these months due to complete negligence of your department now we have only a way that we need to contact a legal adviser and registered a case in the court of justice against kesc,
kindly consider this complain and try to resolve the problem , if you have failed to resolve the said problem whiten a week then wait for a legal notice from the court , .
