My case was not simple or easy. After 5 years, my ex-husband, decided to try and terminate all alimony on a 26 year marriage, as well as obtain funds from me. He threatened, he demanded an obscene amount of information down to scraps of paper and emails, as well as a full deposition complete with a forensic accountant.
