Fraud in booking tickets
I booked tickets well in advanced from Kashmir Travels for India trip for December 2011, Same on December 02, I received an email from Kashmir Travels that they are having financial dispute with their partners..
I paid $4000.00, Since then I never heard anything from them.
Not sure how many people lost money, we all have to do something together.

First of all everyone has to take basic steps/ measures as others suggested.
e.g (A).police complaints (B).contacting State Investigator, State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, (C).NEW JERSEY, MARTHA HILDEBRANDT, ASSISTANT U.S. TRUSTEE
ONE NEWARK CENTER, SUITE 2100, NEWARK, NJ 07102
--ASK our self that have we done this?? If not please do so.
I have done all these three and more..
Second, IT IS TIME, to work TOGETHER, having said that stop reading TOO MUCH about Kashmir Travels and Mr.Darr and thinking to hire lawyer, who is ready to take initiatives and ready to spend few hundreds if we have to spend ?? Unfortunately our money helped Mr.Darr now time to spend few $$$ to go after him...Are we ready to take legal ?? ??
If not then, we will be looser...and the one who ate our money will enjoy using our hard earning money...again...Are we ready to take legal actions? ? ?

Darr didnt show up on Bankruptcy list of creditors meeting. IT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR 2/23/12 AT 9 AM.
All...lets all show up for this meeting on 23rd feb & let the court know your side of the story...

Kashmir Travels guys cheated me too. I lost $4000. I booked tickets for myself, my wife and my 2 babies. Due to health issues, we could not travel. Later we wanted to cancel the tickets and Kashmir Travels is closed by then, I tried contacting Air India and they said, they never see tickets issued in our names.

I had a very bad experience with these people too.. I brought two tickets through them it amost costed me $1600.. two months before I was supposed to travel my wife had a accident and we had to drop the plan to travel.. I called him and asked him to cancel. he asked me to submit medical papers. I gave all ER documents.. he said my money will be refunded after 3-4 months. But till now my money is not returned. When I called up airlines they said there were no tickets booked on such date. I called up many times and also argued with Mohammed, Tawheed, Sahil.. they are saying I never cancelled.. they did not receive any documents ect.. they stopped taking calls..
We need to takes these people to bars..

They are still doing bussiness .They have closed the location and have not paid the land lord from last several months
You call up as a new customer and they will reply. There AD is still there in the news paper
Let's get together and DO SOMETHING to fix these GUYS
