Wages not being paid
I am having the same experience. I have not been paid for over 75 days. The position for the end client was misrepresented to me by both K2 and the end client. I am now looking suing them for an amount 4 times the original invoices using a very good Jewish contract attorney.

k2 Partnering Solutions - Shady
My experience with K2 Partnering Solutions also revealed some very shady practices.
They play a lot of games including being non-responsive at crucial times. Client so frustrated the client had to call me direct. K2 then signed my contract with them with overlapping circles, no name, no title, no position. I imagine this was so they could back out of it and say it wasn't a valid contract.
Rep tried to say on the phone during the interview without telling the client.
K2 dropped the ball when client asked me to return - missed deadline. Busy playing more games or just incompetent - hard to tell.
Also, late paying my last invoice.
I've never seen anything so unprofessional in over 30 years.
Hard to determine ownership - appears well hidden.

K2 Partnering Solution - bad reputation
Do not do business with K2 partnering solution.Was sent for an interview to a client's location and the job did not come through . I am glad it did not because the client is equally unprofessional like K2. It has been 120 days .My interview travel invoice has not been paid yet. I am looking to hire a lawyer.

High turnover low quality consultants
K2 Partnering always has different people calling and emailing me to catch up and sell me new positions. The fact is this so-called personable service is perhaps managed by very inexperienced top management people who can't seem to retain their staff!
I don't trust K2 Partnering, they always say they have a position for me but they never follow up to send me details! What kind of a hoax is this?
