Justin Belter

Justin Belter, in my opinion from working with him, is a pretty cold and callous dude. Really racist guy. Used racial slurs often and unfairly terminated or harrassed many minority employees under his watch. Worst mgr I've ever work for. Wingspan portfolio advisors was the worst company I've ever worked for. The white guys with less experience and education would find themselves offered promotion after promotion when there were many better qualified minority employees. Minorities would often get terminated for anything or written up for anything when the white employees who were treated very differently at wingspan portfolio advisors were pretty much nonchalant. They had no worries. Unless they made an aggregious violation of some sort their jobs were secure.

Working for Wingspan Portfolio Advisors under Justin Belter, Jason Dickard, Kevin Conn and Steven Horne, I had never seen so much overt racism. It was open. In your face. Don't like it then quit sort of racism. Wingspan portfolio advisors shattered everything I believed about hard work being the key to get ahead. If your black, hard work will help you "probably" keep your job.. And that's a big probably. If you are white and live in Texas and work at wingspan portfolio advisors hair work guarantees you things like a senior VP in as little as two years with no previous experience.

There is a BIG difference.

Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, after they were sued, rushed to promote qualified minorities where they hadn't before. However they still hurt and abused many people.

Justin Belter openly referred to a black employee, under his watch, as a Nigger. Meanie Pellegrino also would openly disparage blacks and other minorities. Those employees who suffered this abuse should NEVER let this die.
