poor business; false claims

A year ago, when I read these reviews I though that I am special and everything will be fine.
Now, 12 months later – I am much wiser.
Too bad I had to lose so much money and be treated like in a shady used cars dealership .

But I will be better if you do not sign contract and find a better place for sports.
When selling us a contract Joe Corley promised to transfer us to a comparable martial arts studio in case if we move. 
We specifically asked about possible transfers or refund since we anticipated a possible move. 
We paid almost $2K upfront for a year of classes and used little more than 3 months of the service. 
We had to move 3 months after the contract has started. 
Again, Joe Corley promised in writing to assign us to a martial arts studio at our new location. 
After that - he ignored our attempts to communicate with him and never offered any transfers at our new residence. 
We tried to work with Mr.Corley via BBB - to no avail.
Now, looking back I am seeing many tell tale signs of a suspicious business: 
-- His websites ( atlextremewarrior.com, joecorley.com) are registered to one of his companies ( Atlanta Extreme Warrior LLC). 
-- The contract forms use another entity (Mindful Solutions LLC) with no phones or address information,
-- Very high attrition rate among his employees.
– BBB cannot contact his businesses and rates his companies at the F level.
If you are lucky you will go through this unscathed.
