never got the meds
I bought some pet meds from this merchant and paid $295! Their website says the delievery would take up to 10 days and it's been more than two weeks now. There's no phone number or address on their website, so I think it's a scam! Beware!

We have ordered our dogs medication from your company for many many years, chrck your records. Advertising shows "Free Shipping" & "Coupons"(applied at checkouts). We have never had the free shipping nor coupons applied. I want to know WHY NOT.
Like I said we have been customers for a long time. This advertising should apply to everyone, especially a long time customer.
Please don't ignore this email. Pass it to someone who cares about your company and the customers. I'm happy with your company, but not getting things I should, I may have to seek elsewhere. We just ordered $111.00 worth and think we should be treated fairly.
We would like a respond by email, which you have on file ([email protected]). If you were a respected snivel company, we should receive something from this false advertising, since we have been long time customer.
