Fraud charge on my credit card

a couple of years ago i did the 4.99 shipping and handling deal on a ring...about a month or so later i noticed their was a 24.99 and a 4.99 charge on my account so i called jewrly saving plan and she explained that i would recieve jewrly and da, da, this or whatever and i'm like ok so the following day i recieved a pair of burnt orange studs in the mail, i called and complained i told the lady noway was they gonna pick and choose what to send me for 30$ everymonth cause had i had a choice those studs were not worth it to cancel my plan and stop sending me jewerly and i haven't had any problems since...thank god, i see years later they are still offering that fake crap same rings from years ago. m.h.
