I am currently in a similar situation. I ordered my zippo on 12-02-2011, After 7 day it still had not shipped so i called to confirm and they said it was back ordered and just came in, It will ship today. I gave four more days and just got off the phone with them. They said it had been back ordered since 12-8-2011. It will ship today1 HA HA HA! How is it that you buy an american made product from an american address and get a foriegn call center. LOve it!

I ordered on 3/24/2012. My credit card was charged that day. After 5 days their website showed it was never shipped. I get just voicemails from their phone stating that return calls will be made in 1-2 days. After 8 phonecalls, I still have not heard from them. My emails are also not answered. This company is a big scam. I am thinking about starting a lawsuit. Would anyone else be interested?
My order was for a birthday gift. What a big let down.

I rodered 3 zippo lighters on Nov 3 and after 6 days, it still shows unshipped. I emailed them and one one replied. I called the customer services and the phone number is temporarily out of service. I will file to my credit card company for the refund. They are CHEATER!
