Everything was completely wrong
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! IT’S A SCAM!!! I received a “shell” of the dress I ordered online and it came from China. No receipt, no paperwork in package…. Just a shell of the dress I ordered and a “receipt” for $40 shipping charges – nothing else. There is a phone # on the “receipt” but I’m not going to risk calling it (it’s in China – I think), because it’s probably another scam. I have no idea who to call or how to request a refund. Total scam!

I want to recommend Peridress to you. This is my real experience from Peridress.I purchased my wedding dress in last winter, their customer service is very good. They checked the order and emailed me to confirm the detail. I got my dress on time and the quality is good. I love it. I recommend this web site to my friends and you. Peridress is a good choice. You can get your dress with a quite affordable price.

I also have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. I am very satisfied with the dress. The dress arrived in time. It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price!

Do not order from them. Their customer service is good...until you get the dress and it is a cheap, horribly awful knock-off and you want to return it. All they say is that they sent the correct dress. I expected it to vary from the deigner original, but this dress I could not even wear down the aisle. If you have a good relationship with your credit card company, you may be able to fight the charge because what they do is a "bait and switch". I have pictures, but cannot get the photos to load so I'm sorry because a picture is worth a thousand words. If you are on a budget, try a department store or high volume place or a presale website...I would just hate for anyone to have the same expectations and end result I had.

highly recommend this website!
My dress came earlier than expected. It was a custom fit so I was kind of nervous. I've lost a bunch of weight and my upper arms did not shrink with the rest of me. I got in contact with customer service to convey the size of my arms. They were gracious and responded that it would be to my specifications. I have never been more surprised (pleasantly) than I was when I received this dress. It was well made and fits perfectly. The material under the see-through material was almost double. I can't think of the way to describe it properly but it was beyond well done.
I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this website!

I cannot express how pleased I am with my purchase!
I had my dress custom made for my son's wedding. I am very difficult to fit and could never buy something off the rack. The quality of this garment is incredible. It is as beautiful inside as outside. It arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it. The only problem was so minor but the shoulders were a little big. That is an easy fix and it fit perfectly everywhere else. I will definitely recommend this site to all of my friends. Excellent price, turnaround, customer service and product.

Amazing dress!
As being pregnant and getting married at 8 weeks later, stress levels couldn’t get any highest, but to a GREAT relief when the dress arrived. It arrived in just 21 days! It was not exactly the same as the picture looks but still very beautiful. The dress was made exactly to our measurements, the making quality was truly AMAZING no faults what so ever. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone, very easy to order etc. Could not have been happier!

late delivery
I had a slight problem with the delivery(on tracking I realized that they had a problem with my address) and the package was late for 2 days(not a big deal indeed but sometimes it's quite streesfull to wait for an answer for a whole day!).The products were as they’ve been described and the material is stunning. Thanks a lot & keep up the good work & customer service :)

I LOVE MY DRESS!
I brought my dress after realizing that the $800+ dress that I had brought was just not right for me. After stressing about what I was going to do I came across this website - and my dress.
Everyone that attended the wedding raved about my dress. The lady that did the alterations (I ordered a size too large just incase!) said she wouldn't even be able to buy the fabric for the dress for the amount that I paid for the complete dress.
It was comfortable, and well made - one seam was a bit crooked but no one could tell.

Not satisfied with the colour
I bought a dress for my friend’s wedding. The dress arrived 3 days earlier than expected and there was no additional fees to be paid. I ordered the dress in the colour of the model which is pool. I expected a nice soft blue but when I opened the parcel my dress was far from a soft pink but a very blue dress. The dress is beautiful and well made. I'm a uk size 12-14, so I ordered a size 10 having taken my own measurements and it fits perfectly. I am really not satisfied with the colour. I understood when ordering it that there would be some difference in the colour from that on my computer but I didn't expect it to be that different. I think I should have ordered a sample of the material first.

Not exact the same
Ordered my dress in Navy to wear to my rehearsal dinner, and like most, I was skeptical of ordering from a company like this. I even bought a backup dress in case it didn't work out.... I was pleasantly surprised with the great service I received. The dress arrived within the timeframe specified, and was tailored exactly to my specifications. Customer service was excellent - The dress was very well made. Only 4 stars, however, because there is some origami-type folded detail at the front of the dress. I didn't see it in the photo before I ordered it, and was surprised by that aspect of the dress when it arrived. It looks nice, but it doesn't look like I'd imagined it would look when ordering.

Color problems
The colour -champagne is more of an ivory satin and the tulle looks almost brown when it is doubled over itself and tied up in one of the convertible ways shown.
The dress itself is quite nice and look the same as in the photos. The tulle was sewn into the zipper, but apart from that small mistake the dress was well made. For cheap bridesmaid dresses I would say they are quite nice.
