liar, Lazy,delay of proccesing

I am Nabin lama from kathmandu, Nepal.I have a complaint to a person named Diwakar Khadka who took my father's money (Rs 1.2 million).We also had the paper agreement.But he ran away with his wife to united kingdom.It has been about 1 year. My family is very upset .We are really going through hard days.oneday I found him in facebook.He is now in london and he works in cinnamon club at west minster.so I am complaining to this person...please do send me what should i do for further process to get my money back. ...plz ...plz reply for this complaint.We will be very thankful.
