lies, overcharge, unreliable company
This company offers free trial or promo issues but actually it is a scam. They charge for them as soon as they receive customer's private details and information and it is really hard to get your money back. Beware and try to prevent these charges!

fooled by this company
We’ve been actually fooled by these frauds. After we purchased a product from them, they made us members so that we would have to pay for an account each month! We never wanted it! How do we sign out???

Gardening Made Easy
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing about IMP. I am very unhappy with this Company since I first had contact with them. For me I'd be fine if they would return my money to me. The full amount of Gardening Made Easy. In the beginning I was paying per shipment. Since my Granddaughter was getting married I was going to use for a wedding gift. Decided to pay the rest off by credit card, which I did, so I have the full set to give as a gift. Well have not received the balance of the set. I have not received them and the wedding was in Oct. I talked to them on 2/7/2014, was informed I still owe money, in which I do not. I told them they will not get anymore money out of me for I do not owe anything. You can call the telephone number I sent to talk to me if need be. I need help for getting my money returned to me and postage money to return them. I will be waiting to hear from someone,

IMPONLINE - Recipes
Asked customer service to close my account July 2013 - made full payment and that was it.
Suddenly, today, received an email that I owed $138 - and that they shipped something 05/08. I did not ask for anything and I will not pay for anything else. They said the supervisor would call back within 20 minutes, that was over 60 minutes ago.
They send packages with no schedule, no planning. With a closed account (since July 2013), why send something?
I am not pleased and they will not be paid any more money.
