I am kind of going through the same thing right now. I see the company has ran my credit twice since January but I can not get an answer on anything. I have ignored emails and phone calls as well. I am growing extremely impatient with I Freedom Direct at this point where I feel like giving up the whole process. If you can not do anything for me just tell me do not ignore me. I am wasting valuable time and I also have the seller breathing down my neck. I took care of everything I was told to a month ago and now I am still waiting to hear what is going on with my specific situation. I think I may switch too. In the beginning I Freedom Direct sounded great, that is until they have you and then they forget about you.
