Internet fraud
Dear Sir,
I had approached ICRPC for preparation of Case papers and paid Rs 5000/- towards the case but they have made mistakes while preparation of the papers and hence the cases are getting dismissed. They have not made HSBC as party to the present Complaint which is separate and juristic persons within the meaning of section 2(1)(m) of CPA 1986 and have impleded the CEO and Director in their personal capacity who are not the service providers. Also they are not ready to justify if this is not their mistake.

Don't waste time with this fraud organisation, hire a professional lawyer
Here is an actual email conversation I had with this vile, ill-mannered man.
Me:
Hi,
Please advise the status of my complaint. Awaiting your response.
Him:
Do you read anything or have a habit of aimlessly shooting emails.
Are 20 days over?
Have u read this?
Me:
Listen, I appreciate your help, but there is no need to be rude. I just asked a very basic question. I know 20 days are not over, but I was just double checking in case the notice has been sent off and I haven't received it. You should be more supportive instead of making people feel like they are being a burden for you. What is the difference between you and the companies who rip us off if you are gonna behave in this way ? We come to you for help, and you treat us just like they treat us. What's the difference between you and them in that case ?
You could have just sent off 1 line and said ''Application not yet processed'' instead of being a je$k.
Please don't take this the wrong way, not insulting you, I just hope you can be a bit more polite with others in the future.

You are wasting our time despite clear cut information.
Why you Indians behave like a rascal?
When will you learn proper sober habits.
This is the treatment you can expect if you solicit this man's help. And BTW, all he did was send an email to the company, and the company didn't even respond to my complain. Now I have to go to consumer court on my own. This guy doesn't do anything, please save your time and money and hire a lawyer.

I approached ICRPC (International Consumer Right Protection council), which has a big name but it is a FRAUD, for obtaining help to file a case against a party.I paid the so called fees - for that, but they have not done anything.ICRPC have no office and they donot offer any guidence to the consumer.PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM, they are itself a FRAUD

ICRPC is professional
I am Arun Saxena from International Consumer Rights Protection Council. I am shocked at the comments written here against me. I am more shocked that these comments were allowed to be posted by Complaintsboard without even verifying the true facts.
I am an M.Tech, MBA, Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, LLB qualified and given up my lucrative career abroad to serve the Indians in distress. I even visit the National Judicial Academy to address the judges. And now I realise that some of these complainants don’t deserve my help. I could have rejected their complaints instead of entertaining these people.
Visit my website www.icrpc.ord and see how clearly we have mentioned everything. People do not even read the procedure, FAQ, instruction to fill the complaint form and then start blaming ICRPC to hide their faults under bloated ego.
Now I clarify all the negative comments:
1) Altaf Batliwala is a low IQ Parsi babaji, who thinks that by paying money he can own a person. He had bought a third hand tooti-footi maruti 800 car for which he expects that the car should run like a brand new car. I had sent his the case papers but he is so low IQ person that despite explaining him 3 times how he has to file these, he is unable to understand and keeps going on his own way. He wants to teach me how to file a complaint in the consumer court instead of listening to me. After receiving the papers and getting his work done he wants me to refund his money. He is always on a look out for free lunch...does not want to pay for the services. He had been harassing the maruti service also seeking free services on his third hand car and tries to extract free repairs by blaming them. Had this fellow approached any lawyer, he would have come to his senses when he would be asked to pay 4 times of what he paid to me. I am not sitting here to give free lunch to everyone, people should learn to pay for the hard work we do. But most people like Altaf Batliweala want to get the work done for FREE. They happily spend to get drunk in dance bars but do not want to pay us a very low amount that we charge.
2) Jay Hova is a foolish person. Despite clearly stating that we would be attending his complaint within 30 days, he starts calling us after 3 days ...saying..."Cooomplant karooo nee" "Cooomplant karooo nee".....like an uneducated rascal. Then he says... " Maine paisa diya na...coooomplant karroo neee. 30 din mein karooge toh aaj kaarooo neee." So we face few such jokers once in a while.
3)iuuyygyg hggyg….he has no guts to tell his name….but we know who he is.
He is a FREE MONGERS who wants free lunch. He does not understand Hindi or English...he is just a road side romeo...good for jumping like a monkey during dahi handi.
