terrible customer support

If it wouldn't be for their lousy customer service the company would be OK. I used to like it, but whenever I need help or simply ask a question, and I have to deal with the people at the customer support – I go nuts! They know nothing about their own services or anything that's going on at the company!

Bad company!

Icon health and fitness is a bad company! I have not received any of the products that I have ordered!I have been waiting for a month, and there is no one answering their emails! How am I suppose to return my money now? Can anyone help????!!!

Didn't receive my order

My name is Richie, I have made an order from you on the 7th of February, and until now haven't received anything in my mail box. Why is it taking so long? I am running out of patience. I am not going to wait for another month to file a complaint. This is getting me really pissed off!

Is it a scam?

I decided to make an order from Icon health and fitness, as I have ready some reviews about the products they sell and got interested myself. I wanted to try lose some weight, hoping it would speed up the process, but I guess everything is to good to be true. I have send them my payment three weeks ago, and haven't heard anything ever since. I don't know if the products that I've ordered were shipped or not. Is it a scam?

No more of their service

Never again will I order anything from Icon Health and Fitness services! If I would want to spend some extra money, I would give it to charity or something! Not to frauds like they are! Charge my bank account without permission!

I managed to close my account there, but even though I did, Icon Health and Fitness still keep on charging my bank account! Am I suppose to close my bank account in order to make them stop??? And what about my money?!
How am I suppose to get a refund? Please help!

scammed

I have been scammed by Icon health and fitness, and they won't return me my money! I've paid with my credit card, and I was suppose to pay $70 for my membership, however, they took $120, and now won't refund it to me! I have been calling them, and going there, but it doesn't change anything! I'm not able to find and speak to their manager!

Beware

Don't buy anything from Icon or Nordic track. Bought a treadmill 3 years ago and only been able to use it a year and a half and then it would be broken about half the time. About a year before the pandemic, I was told that my warranty had expired and the next time it broke I would have to pay to get it fixed. So when it broke again I had a piece of junk in my house that was an eye sore and it sat gathering dust until right before the pandemic, in which I received a notice to renew my warranty for the treadmill and I called them and was told that the warrenty was still good and that they had meant that the warrenty had expired for an excercise machine i had previously had. Anyway I told them that the current treadmill was broken and they sent me some parts, and told me that a tech would give me a call. Anyway around the time that the parts arrived is when the pandemic had started, so I stored the parts. I understand that with Covid things will move a little slower, so I waited 3 months and then called them and so for the last 6 months it is been a back forth, me calling about getting the treadmill fixed and them saying that they will notify the tech. Anyway they finally got a tech out in October and he said there was rust on it and he would have to order new parts and to let him know when they arrived. So fast forward a month with no letter or email from Icon and I call them asking about the status on the parts and I am told that they don't cover anything with rust. I have been waiting for parts to come for a month and got no letter, email or anything informing me of this. They could have at least sent a letter informing me of this. I will never buy anything from Icon or Nordic Track again and I will tell everyone not to buy anything from them.
