BROKEN PROMISES
I'm having a hard time putting any stock in this complaint. I can't tell if you are mentally retarded or if English is your second language. Neither of which, is a problem. Either way, I would assume there is a communication issue. I too have had my hyla for six months. I have actually seen a dramatic change in our house. My husband has breathing problems and has been taking medication for several years because of it severity. We were able to take him of the medication because of our system. Yes, it's high dollar. But, we are spending less on our system then we did on the meds. I definitely feel we are better off having a hyla.
